Course booking are confirmed fully upon payment only.
Receipts are emailed to the registered email address shortly after booking.
In addition to email receipts, we may confirm the booking through phone.
Cancellation, Refund & Transfer.
Once confirmed, cancellation / refunds are not permissible.
We may permit transfer to another day but this is based on availability, at the discretion of the course provider and subject to an admin charge.
In the rare event of the entire course cancellation by the providers due to unforeseen circumstance, participants will be offered alternative dates if available or a full refund. The course provider’s liability is limited to the above extent only.
Course Materials
All materials provided are a part the Intellectual property of the course provider and shall not be used by the participant for commercial purpose. No part of the course material may be reproduced, without the prior written permission of the course provider.
Additional Conditions
The attendance of a course is not a guarantee of medical school placement to any participant. Students are at liberty to accept or reject any advice given at the course.
All our courses are subject to COVID protocol and students are expected to follow the COVID advice subject to the COVID guidance on the time.
If any participant is showing sings or symptoms of COVID or have been advised to self-isolate, he or she must not attend the course in person. In such circumstances, we cannot offer a refund. We recommend the participants takes out insurance to cover such situation..
In the event of the government announcing a lockdown, we may move the course to an online format. Once paid, it means you are accepting this risk. The participants are responsible for ensuring a working internet connection and suitable device with working video and audio facility working with zoom, for the purpose of online course. Participant is responsible to pay charges incurred to his / her internet service or to get software necessary to access the course.
Your personal possessions are your sole responsibility. We accept no liability for anything lost or stolen from the venue.
Mentis-Mentor Medical Interview course operates a zero tolerance policy in relation to inappropriate behaviour of students. We may at our reasonable discretion and without liability to refund Fees, refuse to admit any student, whose behaviour we consider may be in breach of this Agreement.
